Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst based in Singapore with flexibility for remote work. The role includes conducting business analyses, gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. Key responsibilities also involve using analytical tools to evaluate business performance and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience identifying insights from data
• Proven expertise in business analysis and understanding business processes
• Ability to gather, document, and interpret business requirements effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse teams
• Proficiency in problem-solving and a detail-oriented mindset
• Experience with project management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with AI technologies or tech ecosystems is an advantage
