Business Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, offering the flexibility of working both onsite and remotely. As a Business Analyst, you will identify and evaluate business requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure all solutions align with organizational goals. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with stakeholders, gathering and documenting business needs, providing process improvement recommendations, and facilitating effective communication between various teams.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Analysis and determining Business Requirements
• Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing Business Processes
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret data effectively
• Outstanding Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration
• Understanding of project management methodologies and tools is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar business analytics or process improvement role is advantageous
