Your new role
- Conduct analysis and facilitate workshops to define business requirements and assist in developing the product roadmap.
- Gather and document business requirements from various business units and write detailed user stories.
- Collaborate with both business and technology stakeholders to identify problems, understand key business needs, and create a prioritized backlog of requirements based on business value.
- Collaborate closely with the UX/UI team to ensure usability needs are met and requirements are accurately reflected.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in life and health insurance operations.
- Extensive knowledge of insurance, with a focus on policy servicing is a must.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience as a domain SME in delivering key projects using Agile methodologies.
