Role Overview: You will work alongside the Southeast Asia leadership team to drive strategic programs, oversee cross-functional initiatives, and deliver impactful business outcomes. This role is pivotal in shaping the market's operational strategy and organizational alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, cross-functional projects across Southeast Asia and South Asia.
- Act as a liaison between regional teams and global headquarters.
- Drive process improvement and project delivery on time and within budget.
- Perform PMO functions including program tracking, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
- Ensure alignment with the company's community-first values and operational objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, project/program management, or a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Background in strategy, business operations, partnerships, or marketing in the consumer tech space.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in analytical tools; SQL skills preferred.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven.
