Program Manager (APAC) - Financial Institution

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Program Manager to join our client&aposs APAC Markets team in Singapore. You will play a key role in driving large-scale transformation initiatives, from business analysis and stakeholder management to operational readiness and program delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent program management skills, strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, and the ability to work across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse data, create business/functional requirement documents, and prepare presentation materials.
- Perform SIT/UAT testing and ensure operational readiness through communications and training.
- Manage and track assigned projects, deliverables, and milestones to agreed standards.
- Proactively report status, issues, resolutions, and risks to sponsors and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams as SME, ensuring requirements are strategic, documented, and measurable with KPIs.
- Implement best practices, process standardisation, and risk-reduction measures.
- Facilitate change management initiatives, including automation of manual processes.
- Adhere to Citi program delivery standards, tools, and governance processes.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree.
- Minimum 10 years experience in change management, transformation programs, or project management within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale, multi-workstream projects across APAC and global stakeholders.
- Strong skills in:
- Stakeholder management (APAC, UK, US)
- Project planning and tracking
- Data analysis & storytelling using Excel & PowerPoint
- Agile delivery, JIRA, Confluence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to craft compelling narratives from complex data.
- Strategic mindset with strong root cause analysis capability.
- Flexibility to work with global teams, including occasional evening calls with regional stakeholders.
