We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to support business initiatives, gather requirements, and help deliver effective solutions aligned with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
• Support functional testing, UAT, and requirement validation.
• Track project progress, manage changes, and ensure deliverables align with business needs.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of requirement-gathering techniques and process mapping.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
