- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and validation sessions with multiple business and IT stakeholders.
- Analyse existing processes, dependencies, and legacy systems to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development and testing teams.
- Coordinate SIT and UAT activities, managing defect triage, sign-offs, and release readiness.
- Oversee post-implementation review and production-support transitions to maintain uptime and service continuity.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure enhancements are delivered safely, accurately, and within regulatory and operational constraints.
- Manage stakeholders across front, middle, and back-office functions, ensuring traceability and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Role requirements
- 6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise, banking, or financial-systems environments.
- Proven track record supporting and enhancing critical applications with zero-tolerance for downtime.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience capable of managing multiple priorities with clear communication and accountability.
- Proficiency in requirements documentation, process mapping, and testing coordination.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in structured, high-stakes delivery settings.
