About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and support the analysis, design, and delivery of business and technology initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and support the implementation of solutions that improve processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, structured, and comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Engage business stakeholders to understandneeds, challenges, and objectives.
- Gather, document, and validate businessrequirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Analyse existing processes to identify gaps,inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Solution Design & Documentation
- Translate business requirements into functionalspecifications and solution designs.
- Work with technical teams to ensure solutionsalign with business expectations.
- Prepare documentation such as BRDs, FRDs,process maps, and user guides.
Project Support & Coordination
- Support project planning, timelines, and coordination across teams.
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in UAT planning, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
Education & Experience
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
