Maltem Asia is seeking a Business Analyst for a Wealth Management Client based in Singapore.

Support ISPVM Investment Execution project

Summary:

Require a detail-oriented, analytical and experienced Business Analyst.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and objectives.

- Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop process maps and workflow diagrams to illustrate current and future states.

- Solution Development: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that address business needs and improve operational efficiency.

- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into business performance. Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings.

- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and project plans. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned on project goals and progress.

• - Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand new processes and systems. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.

Must have:

• Possess a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, solutioning, and process re-engineering.
• Ability to engage with business to understand business needs and translating them into technical and business solutions.
• Experience in usability testing and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in technical and user documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong learning agility, self-driven, pro-active, and great sense of purpose to relook on existing data usage.
• Comfortable in attaining new skills through use of new technology tools and systems.
• Good team player, with strong analytical skills and enjoy complex problem-solving.
• Knowledge of best practices for data quality and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
