Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in design and implementation of applications, ensuring alignment with modern architecture standards such as microservices.
- Collaborate with squads to deliver solutions in Agile methodology, taking part in all ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Apply hands-on coding or automation skills to support solution design and successful project delivery.
- Ensure proper use of CI/CD tools such as GIT and JIRA to manage versions, track progress, and maintain quality.
- Support integration efforts through Rest APIs and other modern interfaces.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing automation, process optimization, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Avaloq, Finacle, and Rest APIs.
- Experience in modern application design using microservices.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GIT and JIRA.
- Prior project management experience is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in coding, automation, and track record of successful implementations is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies within squads.
