Gather, analyse, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals for Identity Management and User Access Control systems.
Map business processes and workflows, and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications for implementation on the OutSystems platform.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and Product Owner to ensure requirements are feasible, scalable, and aligned with system design.
Support application testing activities, including defining test cases, supporting QA, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure readiness for release.
Maintain clear and structured documentation (BRD, FSD, user stories, process flows, test scripts).
Foster open and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and capturing feedback.
Contribute to risk identification, issue resolution, and continuous improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements / Skillset:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT system implementation, with emphasis on Identity Management/User Access Control (IAM, RBAC, SSO, MFA, etc.).
Familiarity with the OutSystems low-code platform, with demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and solution delivery.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and ability to work within iterative delivery cycles.
Experience in UAT coordination, functional testing, and end-user support.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred certifications: Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or equivalent. Agile certification (CSPO, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master). OutSystems-related certification (advantageous).
