Job Description

  • Identifying and documenting business needs and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Evaluating existing IT systems, identifying areas for improvement, and designing solutions.
  • Assessing the financial implications of proposed IT solutions.
  • Recommending software, hardware, and process improvements.
  • Participating in the implementation of IT solutions and ensuring they meet business requirements.
  • Liaising between IT and other departments, communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with IT solutions.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies.
