Required Skills & Experience
9+ years of professional experience in business analysis and process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Portfolio Management System implementation, specifically BlackRock Aladdin (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Avaloq core banking platform and its capabilities.
- Expertise in process analysis, documentation, and reengineering.
- Solid knowledge of investment products (equities, fixed income, structured products, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage and influence mid and senior-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in financial services or asset management environments.
- Familiarity with risk analytics and portfolio rebalancing processes.
