About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Avaloq Core Banking System. The ideal candidate will perform holistic impact analysis and draft comprehensive requirements to ensure smooth implementation of a new initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end impact analysis of changes across Avaloq metatypes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Assess dependencies and risks associated with changes in static data, trading, loans, and corporate actions.
- Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Avaloq metatypes and their interdependencies.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7+ years as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
- Strong hands-on experience with Avaloq Core Banking System.
- Deep understanding of Avaloq metatypes and their interdependencies.
- Proven experience in impact analysis and requirement documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Positive, open, and engaging personality with a proactive mindset.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with large-scale Avaloq transformation projects.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking.
