Skill Set:Business Analyst, Portfolio Management System, BlackRock Aladdin

Required Skills & Experience

• 815 years of professional experience in business analysis and process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Portfolio Management System implementation, specifically BlackRock Aladdin (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Avaloq core banking platform and its capabilities.
• Expertise in process analysis, documentation, and reengineering.
• Solid knowledge of investment products (equities, fixed income, structured products, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage and influence mid and senior-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in financial services or asset management environments.

Familiarity with risk analytics and portfolio rebalancing processes.
