MooVita is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Bus Operator to support our autonomous vehicle (AV) testing operations. The Bus Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation, serviceability, and daily readiness of our vehicles while supporting the development of cutting-edge mobility technology.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure serviceability of the AVs assigned for operations, including but not limited to charging EV battery to adequate levels
- Ensure serviceability of all testing support equipment
- Conduct daily checks (Pre-operations, Turn-around and End of day checks) on AVs and updating of relevant logs
- Safe operation of AVs and ensure safety of all passengers
- Document and report all vehicle defects that arise during testing
- Updating of vehicle logbook diligently
- Report and provide support in any incident or emergency to safety officer
- Any other testing related tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Valid Class 4 driving license with no demerit points in the last 3 years
- Technical certification in Nitec / computer skills are preferred
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Strong sense of responsibility, road safety awareness, and attention to detail
- Previous operational experience with AVs will be advantageous
