Job Title: Bus Driver
Salary: $3,300 to $4,500/month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious driver to operate both tourism and school bus routes. This dual-role position involves transporting school children to and from school on regular routes and driving tourists to various destinations during off-school hours, weekends, or holidays. The ideal candidate will be punctual, courteous, and committed to passenger safety and service excellence.
School Bus Driving Duties:
- Safely transport students to and from school, field trips, and school-related events.
- Ensure students board and exit the bus safely.
- Maintain discipline and a safe environment on the bus.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and safety checks.
- Report any incidents, delays, or mechanical issues promptly.
Tourism Bus Driving Duties:
- Drive tourists to scheduled destinations and attractions as per tour itineraries.
- Provide general information or commentary (as required) or coordinate with tour guides.
- Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and seating.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming vehicle interior.
- Follow route schedules and adapt to traffic or road conditions as necessary.
General Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Keep accurate driving logs and records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, school officials, and tour coordinators.
- Perform routine bus maintenance checks and report service needs.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid Class3 & Vocational License
. Candidates with a diploma or degree, as well as those holding a valid license and relevant experience, will be considered even if they do not possess formal qualifications.
. Clean driving record.
- Previous experience driving school buses and/or tour buses preferred.
- Strong safety record and commitment to child and passenger safety.
- Ability to work split shifts and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and supervise children in a bus setting.
