Responsibilities:
- Provide reliable and safe transportation for the Director to meetings, events, airports, and other personal or business-related destinations.
- Ensure the Director's comfort, privacy, and security during all transportation.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, or last-minute requests as needed.
- Plan the most efficient and timely routes to destinations, accounting for traffic, weather, and other factors.
- Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition at all times, including regular checks and servicing.
- Handle all vehicle-related matters, including fueling, washing, and maintenance coordination.
- Always maintain discretion and confidentiality, especially regarding sensitive or private matters discussed in the vehicle.
- Monitor and manage the Director's schedule, ensuring transportation is timely and aligned with any changes in itinerary.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with the Director, and other individuals as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal driver or chauffeur.
- Possess a valid Class 3/3A and vocational driving license.
- Excellent knowledge of the local area and navigation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and other high-profile individuals.
- Superior time management skills with a proactive attitude to anticipate needs and potential challenges.
- Ability to sit for long periods and drive for extended hours as required.
- Flexibility and reliability with an ability to adapt to last-minute changes.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
