BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

a. Supervise construction workers to ensure proper execution of building structural works

b. Prepare work schedule and arrange workers assignment

c. To oversee construction projects include coordinating with Maincon

d. Able to resolve construction site issues

e. To conduct quality check of works

f. Follow maincon to inspection of reinforced concrete works

g. Maintain site safety and ensure that safety requirements are enforced

h. Prepare rebar bending schedule and submit to maincon

i. To order site materials and equipment

j. To provide work training to new workers

k. To be able to carry out site works when necessitated
