We are looking for a motivated Builder Project Quantity Surveyor experienced in A&A, Builder, and Architectural works. The candidate must be capable of attending site visits, preparing quotations, and coordinating project cost matters independently, while reporting directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend site visits, take measurements, and assess scope of works for A&A and Builder projects.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take-offs, and quotations.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical clarifications.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, quotations, and variation works.
- Conduct site progress evaluations and assist in preparing claims and final accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation of site measurements, costing, and contract correspondence.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely project execution.
- Report to the General Manager and follow instructions as required.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in A&A / Builder / Architectural works.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD for measurement purposes.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or other 3D rendering software will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Singaporean / PR preferred.
