Senior/Quantity Surveyor (Project/Tender)

Join our client, a well-established A1 main contractor known for its strong track record in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Singapore. This role follows a 5 day work-week schedule and performance bonuses included. Openings are available across various projects, either at HQ or on-site.

What you will do

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects
• Work closely with the project team, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project understanding is accurate
• Review of cost impact (Value Engineering proposal/ Variations)
• Monitor project costs and provide detailed tender analysis and recommendations where suitable
• Evaluate and review contract terms within tenders and resolve any contractual queries
• Ensure timely completion of tender submissions and compliance with safety and industry standards

What you will need

• Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in the construction industry
• Candidates with building experience but keen to try out for MRT projects are welcome to apply too
• Candidates with more experience can be considered for the Senior position.
