PROJECT QUANTITY SURVEYOR (ACMV/HVAC)

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma/higher qualification in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines

Minimum 2 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC or M&E project

Good knowledge of cost estimation, tendering & contract administration

Strong analytical, negotiation & communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Prepare quantity take-offs, bill of quantities & cost estimations for both tender submission and ongoing projects.

-Source, liaise & negotiate with subcontractors, vendors & suppliers to obtain competitive quotations & ensure

project cost efficiency

-Prepare & award subcontractors, manage pre and post-contract administration, and ensure proper documentation

-Coordinate with consultants, project managers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of contract & tender requirements.

-Evaluate tender drawings for discrepancies, prepare clarifications and attend site visits, tender briefings and site meetings as required.

-Prepare & submit monthly progress claim, variation order(VO), final account and payment responses.

-Prepare cost comparisons, develop and monitor project budgets to ensure cost control.

-Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate and submitted within specified deadlines

- Perform any other QS-related tasks or ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
