Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender submissions, cost plans, and cost reports manage contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ) based on project specifications and requirements.
- Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Review tender drawings to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Source and evaluate suitable subcontractors to meet project needs.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and timelines.
- Prepare monthly progress claims.
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma/ Degree in M&E or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of working experience in both pre & post contracts
- Well-versed in tendering process especially in local construction/ ACMV industry
