Job Description:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute brand acquisition strategies aligned with category and platform growth priorities.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Analyze trends, competitors, and consumer insights to identify and prioritize potential brands.
  • PC2 Profit & Loss Analysis: Run PC2 profit and loss analysis to evaluate acquisition feasibility and determine special commission rate proposals for strategic or high-potential brands. Track and report financial impact post-onboarding to ensure sustainable margin contribution
  • Negotiation & Deal Execution: Lead end-to-end negotiations with brand principals/distributors to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure successful brand onboarding and campaign alignment.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: Oversee setup, training, and launch of new brands to ensure smooth transition and early-stage performance success.
  • Brand Representation & Partnership Presentation : Represent Shopee in brand presentation meetings, sharing market insights, growth opportunities, and partnership proposals. Prepare and update presentation decks showcasing Shopee's platform strategy, consumer insights, and category direction. Collaborate with marketing to present co-branding, campaign, and growth initiatives to brands.
  • Relationship management : involve in pre-incubation for 2 months before passing to the incubation team. Supporting and accelerating the growth of new brands on the platform through a structured onboarding and education process.
  • Sales and promotion: Work with sellers to develop and execute online merchandising and promotion proposals to meet sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, retail, or brand management. (Fresh Graduate is welcome.)
  • Proven ability in negotiation, commercial strategy, and cross-functional project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing internal and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
