Job Description:

Develop and execute communications plans to build and safeguard SPX Express reputation in Singapore, with clear alignment to business priorities
Adapt and localise regional narratives, campaigns, and messaging frameworks for the Singapore market
Draft and refine high-quality communications materials, including press releases, media responses, key messages, FAQs, and executive talking points
Ensure communications outputs are accurate, clear, and aligned with brand positioning and regulatory considerations
Support media engagement efforts by maintaining working relationships with key journalists and responding to media queries in a timely and structured manner
Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and industry developments to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for proactive storytelling
Work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, commercial, and regional teams to ensure messaging consistency and executional alignment

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Journalism, preferably within tech, e-commerce, or logistics sectors
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex operational details into clear external messaging
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams and levels
Familiarity with Singapore's media landscape and regulatory environment
Good to have:
Experience in media relations and handling sensitive or high-risk communications
Understanding of logistics, fulfilment, or last-mile delivery ecosystems
Interest in digital platforms, e-commerce, and operational storytelling
