Job Description

Role Overview

This role will drive the organisation's brand strategy and execution to strengthen brand equity, positioning, and market differentiation. The incumbent will lead integrated brand campaigns, oversee brand experience across all touchpoints, and ensure consistent brand expression across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and refine brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and brand architecture.

  • Lead integrated brand campaigns from concept to execution across digital, social, partnerships, and offline channels.

  • Drive brand storytelling and content direction to enhance engagement and market relevance.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer and stakeholder touchpoints.

  • Translate market insights and consumer trends into actionable brand strategies.

  • Track and analyse brand performance metrics (awareness, engagement, sentiment, brand lift).

  • Collaborate with marketing, business, and external agencies to execute brand initiatives effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related field.

  • 6-8 years of experience in brand management, brand strategy, or integrated marketing.

  • Proven track record in building and executing brand campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, brand positioning, and digital brand building.

  • Experience working with creative or media agencies preferred.
