A beauty MNC is looking for a Brand Manager SEA in Singapore.

Your new company

Our client is seeking a commercially driven and operationally strong Brand Manager to lead the endtoend brand strategy and execution for a prestige beauty brand across Southeast Asia. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong crossfunctional collaboration to drive consistent brand equity, launch excellence, and commercial growth across diverse markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with the ability to transform global brand direction into impactful regional plans while ensuring alignment, consistency, and flawless execution.

Your new role

  • Lead annual brand planning for Southeast Asia, including A&P allocation, launch phasing, and regional priorities.
  • Translate global brand strategies into marketrelevant regional plans that protect brand equity and drive commercial performance.
  • Own and drive the full 360 launch process for the brand across the region.
  • Oversee launch readiness with markets and ensure timely and consistent deployment.
  • Identify learnings and propose optimization plans to improve future launches and brand performance.
  • Support sellin discussions by building compelling trade and retailer presentations.
  • Partner with Sales teams on regional retailer negotiations and identify opportunities to strengthen the brand's presence.
  • Recommend participation in retail programs that elevate brand visibility and drive performance.
  • Work closely with global brand teams to ensure consistent messaging, asset usage, and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with internal functions including Sales, Consumer Engagement, Visual Merchandising, and Education.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributor partners, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 6-8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within beauty, luxury, or premium FMCG.
  • Proven experience managing 360 launches and regional brand planning.
  • Experience working with distributors and managing multiple Southeast Asian markets is highly advantageous.
  • Strong operational marketing background with a handson approach.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance brand equity protection with commercial realities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; proactive, solutionsoriented, and comfortable in a fastpaced environment.
