If you're a social-first marketer with min. 5 years of experience in F&B, retail, or lifestyle-someone who can think strategically, run 360 marketing campaigns and translate brand vision into scroll-stopping, results-driven activations-we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
Brand & Campaign Management
- Lead the strategy and end-to-end execution of consumer-first integrated marketing campaigns, balancing brand and commercial objectives
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across channels and activations for assigned brands across digital, social, PR and retail touchpoints
- Work closely with in-house and external creative teams and agencies to deliver best-in-class marketing assets and content
- Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholders across multiple projects
Social Media, Digital & CRM Marketing
- Own the social media presence of assigned brands-driving strategy, content calendars, and daytoday execution
- Capture engaging, onbrand iPhone content (Reels, Stories, BTS moments),and where required, lead the briefing and art direction for videographers and/or external video partners
- Oversee community management and platform growth across Instagram and TikTok etc
- Report on social media performance, tracking engagement and conversion metrics to optimise campaigns
- Keep a pulse on industry, media and social trends-what's next, what's working, and what we should ditch
- Manage CRM initiatives, ensuring effective customer segmentation, retention, and loyalty strategies
- (Bonus) If you've run performance marketing campaigns, or have a basic understanding of it, that's a plus!
PR, KOL & Partnerships
- Develop and execute earned media strategies, including press outreach and events
- Identify and manage KOL relationships and media opportunities, collaborating with external agencies where relevant
- Build relations with media, industry partners, and collaborators to amplify brand reach
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Min. 5 years of marketing experience in F&B, retail, or lifestyle
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Who You Are
- A strategic and creative marketer who can balance big-picture vision with attention to detail and high degree of ownership
- Organised with strong project management skills, able to multitask and work under pressure or ambiguity
- Curious, plugged into the latest market and consumer trends, including use of AI tools and platforms
- Comfortable with data and digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, able to translate numbers into actionable insights
- Skilled in video or photo editing software like CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Premiere Pro
- Agency experience preferred
