Job Description

A leading global consumer goods company is seeking a passionate Brand Manager to drive product innovation for one of its iconic consumer brands.Keywords: brand management, product innovation, consumer insights, cross-functional collaboration, market research, portfolio management

What youll do:

As Brand Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing exciting new products that delight consumers around the world.

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies aligned with the companys innovation goals.

  • Conduct market research to identify unmet consumer needs and inform new product concepts.

  • Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and other teams to bring new products from concept to commercialisation.

  • Leverage consumer insights to guide product development and differentiate offerings in the marketplace.

  • Partner with marketing, commercial, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

  • Manage the product portfolio to drive growth and profitability across multiple markets.

  • Oversee budgets for innovation projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including agencies and suppliers.

  • Monitor post-launch performance to inform future innovation initiatives.

  • Apply best practices in project management to deliver multiple concurrent initiatives on time.

What you bring:

To excel as Brand Manager, you will bring extensive experience in managing brands within the FMCG industry along with a robust background in launching innovative products.

  • Minimum of five years experience in brand management, preferably with product innovation experience.

  • Proven ability to lead product innovation projects from ideation through launch.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform business decisions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for developing unique products.

  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Experience overseeing budgets for innovation projects.

  • Track record of building collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
