Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
- Sales Strategy Development: Identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions, ensuring ongoing engagement to foster long-term loyalty and achieve branch objectives
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Promote banking products and services, including mortgages, investments, and insurance, to meet branch sales targets
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction and retention, handling inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently
- Collaboration: Work closely with branch staff, sales teams, and support departments to streamline operations and improve client services
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales targets, and branch performance
Required Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in banking, financial services, or customer service is highly beneficial, along with a proven track record in sales and relationship management
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and resolve issues effectively
