Warehouse & Logistics Manager

1. Logistics Planning & Execution :
Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, distribution, and inventory flow across on-site and off-site warehouses.

2. Inventory Management & Accuracy :
Ensure high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, variance investigations, and periodic physical stock takes (monthly/quarterly/annual).

3. Warehouse Operations Management :
Manage daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

4. Resource Planning & Optimization :
Allocate manpower, equipment, and space effectively to meet operational demands and optimise warehouse productivity.

5. Supplier & Stakeholder Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders negotiate contracts and service levels where required.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination :
Work closely with sales, customer service, procurement, and operations teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives.

7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting :
Establish, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timelines, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency to management.

8. Process Improvement & Cost Control :
Identify operational inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement and lean initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

9. Compliance & Safety Management :
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements, including workplace safety and health standards.

10. Team Leadership & Development :
Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse and logistics staff, ensuring high performance, discipline, and continuous skills improvement.
