Branch Manager (Investment Brokerage)

Our client has built a global investment and trading platform, since launching in Singapore in 2021, our client have offered access to US, Singapore, Hong Kong, and now Japanese markets. This client has provided investors with an intuitive and powerful investing platform.

This client has aimed to become an influential financial services platform globally, by prioritising users and user experience, driving high innovation across its product upgrade, and enriching products and services offering that meet the evolving needs of investors, companies, and the industry.

What client is looking for

• 5-8 years of experience in financial services, including retail brokerage, wealth management, or in-store financial sales or someone with regular investment habit is highly preferred
• Proven experience managing physical store operations and frontline teams
• Deep understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and investment products
• Holds required certifications (RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8 and M8A) is essential for this role however, the company will sponsor you to obtain the license
• Experience working in high-growth or start-up environments
• Exposure to global teams and multicultural settings
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-departmental initiatives
• Result-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and be a team player.
