Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate branch staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and risk management standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze financial reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing escalations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, product, compliance, etc.) to align branch activities with overall business objectives.
- Recruit, train, and coach staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Represent moomoo in the local community, building partnerships and enhancing brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial services, banking, or brokerage, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
