BIM Modeler

Job Description:

• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirements

• Generate detailed plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models, including sufficient detail and proper annotation for tender and construction purposes

• Prepared construction drawings, shop drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs directly from BIM models.

• Manage process of coordination, exchange of data and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders

• Coordinated architectural, structural, and MEP models to ensure proper alignment and integration across disciplines.

• Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications

• Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools

• Able to assist on documentation for record and submission related to BIM processes

• Perform all duties in accordance with company's polices, processes, systems, reporting and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Preferably with at least 3 years experience working with BIM related software or BIM modelling works

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Proficient in Auto CAD/Revit/BIM software

• Familiar with Singapore Construction Industry regulations

• Minimum Degree of Civil Engineering or equivalent
