BIM Modeler

. Have an eye for detail and have a good technical base knowledge. The role will involve working on all work stages of various contract types (Design, Build, Design & Build) you should be confident working directly with clients, consultants, statutory authorities, and contractors of the specific site / country.

. Requires coordination / Clash-Deduction with M&E services in the design and construction of Mission-critical facilities.

. Have a good working knowledge of CP83, current Singapore Planning Guidelines, Building Regulations and Technical Standards.

. Working on the production of a Feasibility Study, Conceptual, Schematic design, and technical drawing packages (Design Drawing, Construction Drawing & Shop Drawings).

. You need to use both the Autodesk Revit (3D) and AutoCAD (2D) daily.

. Assists with research and complies with project-related data as required.

. Assists with correcting and updating drawings provided by Architectural Consultants / Designers to ensure corrections are made within multiple software platforms.

. Assists with client presentations, renderings, and simulations as required.

. Assists in performing field inspections, measurements, or calculations.

. Prepare & Review of construction material / shop drawing / MoS.

. Shop drawing / Construction drawing coordination of Architectural, Interior and MEP drawings with sub-con/vendor & other stakeholders.

. Periodical inspection (internal check for quality improvement).

. Handover submission arrangement with drafter team and project team (As build DWG).

. Required to learn and adopt working in Cloud, Design Collaboration, Model coordination and QA/QC own work.

. Depending on project need, this position may be located On-Site or Off-Site and requires frequent travel to the project site.

. All other duties as assigned.
