Assist BIM Manager to coordinate & build the model.
Manage and deliver appropriate visuals and shop drawings to support construction works
Coordinate with Consultants and other trades representatives to resolve clashes / interfacing issues
Coordinate and oversee the extraction of key data from project model for quantity take-off, logistics, etc
Interface with Project Planner to create 4D model
Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.
When needed, the staff may be required to station on site for certain period of time in Singapore or other countries to support project execution work.
Requirements:
Higher NITEC/Diploma or Degree in Architectural, Structural or equivalent
Experience working as BIM Modeler / Coordinator
Experience on producing shop drawings (Structure / Architectural / M&E)
Good understanding of building works and can associate BIM with construction needs
Self-driven and good time management
Excellent communication skills
Good IT Skills and willingness to learn to and use new software / technology
Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion of project will be an advantage
