BIM Modeler / Coordinator

• Assist BIM Manager/Coordinator to coordinate & build the model building elements.
• Manage and deliver appropriate visuals (VDC) and shop drawing to support construction works.
• Coordinate with Consultants and other trades representative to resolve clashes/interfacing issues (Coordinator)
• Coordinate and oversee the extraction of key data from project model for quantity take-off, logistics, etc. (Coordinator)
• Interface with project planner to create 4D model (Coordinator)
• Able to educate and motivate younger staff (Coordinator)
• Liaise with Document Controller for accurate transfer (Coordinator)
• Interface with peers of other disciplines to resolve basic modeling issues (Modeler)
• Able to assist on documentation for record and submission related to BIM processes (Modeler)

Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience working as BIM Coordinator/Modeler
• Experience on producing shop drawing - Structural/Architecture
• Able to operate with Revit/Navisworks/Dynamo.
• Good understanding of building works and can associate BIM with construction needs (Coordinator)
• Willing to learn and use of new software/Technology
• Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion stages will be an advantage (Coordinator)
• Self-driven and good time management
• Candidate with strong relevant years of experience will be considered for Senior role.
