BIM Modeler/Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed BIM models (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.) based on project requirements and specifications.
• Review, modify, and update existing BIM models.
• Perform Clash Detection between BIM models from different disciplines and collaborate with the design team to propose solutions.
• Generate Quantity Take-offs and drawings (2D/3D) from BIM models.
• Adhere to BIM standards and protocols, maintaining model quality and integrity.
• Effectively coordinate with project team members (architects, engineers, construction managers, etc.).
• Maintain knowledge of the latest BIM software features and workflows, and assist with training as needed.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a BIM Modeler or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in major BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is essential.
• Strong preference for candidates with BIM modelling experience in healthcare facilities or laboratory (lab) construction projects.
• Experience with construction projects in Singapore is an advantage.
• Ability to understand and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent spatial reasoning and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Candidates with a proven track record of successfully completing projects, from BIM model creation to project completion, are highly welcome.
