BIM Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and manage Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation across projects.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and protocols.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements.
• Review and validate BIM models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
• Provide BIM training, guidance, and support to project teams.
• Oversee BIM execution plans and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance digital construction processes and drive innovation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant BIM experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial/lead role.
• Strong knowledge of BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and BIM execution planning.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional BIM teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
