BIM Engineer

We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer to support our projects by developing and managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) models. The candidate will coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate and efficient design and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and maintain BIM models using software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

. Prepare 3D models, drawings, and documentation based on project requirements.

. Coordinate BIM models between different disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP).

. Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.

. Support project teams with model updates and revisions.

. Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and guidelines.

. Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built models, and technical submissions.

. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to resolve design issues.

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

. 2-5 years of experience in BIM modelling or coordination.

. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

. Good understanding of construction drawings and BIM standards.

. Ability to work independently and within a team.

. Strong coordination and communication skills.
