Bim Engineer (Electrical)

Job Description
. Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM BEP/LAE BIM GUID and BIM project criteria

. Collaborate and coodinate internally or/and externally with other desciplines design changes and model changes

. Develop accurate construction drawings and extact data based on the descipline BIM platform

. Coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilisation of BIM software and tools

. Able use navisworks to present VDC

. Attend coordination meeting with Project Consultants and coordinate with Project member of other disciplines

. Responsible for maintaining and updating of BIM Model until as build

. Carry out proper procedures and preparation for drafting for the different stages of issure & authority submission of the project assigned.

. Production of shop-drawings and as built drawing, including BIM Models if required.

. Document control of submissions (Technical Data, sho-drawings, as built)

. Maintain records for changes and updates on drawings.

. Develop shop drawing according to the schedule.

. Produce/Draw/Amend/Update drawings using BIM according to specs, co-ordinate with project department

. Able to independently create BIM model using Revit with high level of accuracy.

. Able to independently carry out clash analysis of all services and resolve the area of clashes.

. Responsible for BIM Project setup and Maintenance of BIM model.

. Able to independently create the necessary 3D BIM Revit libraries and families, etc.

. Responsible for generating COBie using Autodesk Revit.

. Prepare CAD drawings such as detailed plan, elevation, detail and section, isometric drawings, 3D drawings, single-line, double-line and schematic drawings.

. Sketch and design the layout of MEP services and routings of MEP services with consideration of space for maintenance and operation

. Need to attend Coordination meeting whenever necessary.

. Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time
