Job Description:
SHEVS IFT Consultants seeks a skilled BIM AutoCAD Drafter to prepare and manage drawings and BIM models for fire safety and SHEVS projects. Ensure designs meet regulatory standards and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain AutoCAD drawings and Revit/BIM models for smoke control and fire safety systems.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with M&E, architectural, and structural teams.
- Prepare submission drawings for authorities and contractors.
- Ensure designs comply with local fire codes and project specifications.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
- Strong AutoCAD and Revit/BIM skills.
- Knowledge of fire safety or HVAC systems.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, team player, willing to learn.
