Job Summary
Modern Pools Pte Ltd seeks a skilled BIM AutoCAD Drafter to prepare and manage drawings and BIM models. Ensure designs meet regulatory standards and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain accurate AutoCAD drawings and Revit/BIM models to support project design and execution
- Coordinate effectively with mechanical, electrical, plumbing (M&E), architectural, and structural teams to integrate design inputs
- Prepare detailed submission drawings for regulatory authorities and contractors to facilitate approvals and construction
- Verify that all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and project specifications to ensure quality and safety
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM software for drafting and modeling
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and resolve design issues
