Beauty Therapist

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (1 day work, 1 day off)

Location: Orchard

Key Responsibilities

. Perform facial, body, and device-based treatments (e.g. HydraFacial, IPL, fat freezing) in a safe and effective manner

. Conduct basic skin and body analysis prior to treatments to assess clients conditions and needs

. Understand clients aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatment plans in alignment with the doctor's advice

. Promote and upsell the company's treatments, packages, and skincare products

. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of treatment rooms and equipment at all times

. Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service to ensure a positive client experience

. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and repeat visits

. Achieve and exceed individual sales and treatment targets set by management

Requirements

. Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic / beauty industry preferred

. Strong sales and consultation skills will be an advantage

. Good communication and interpersonal skills

. Well-groomed with a pleasant personality

. Willing to work retail hours
