Retail Customer Experience Associate (No Hard Selling, Fixed Salary + Bonus)

5-day work week
Retail hours: 10am - 7pm or 1pm - 10pm (2 shift rotate)
Opening shift OR Closing shift
Weekend work required (rotational off-days among team)

We are looking for 3x Retail Customer Experience Associates to join our new mattress retail showroom in Orchard.
This role focuses on delivering a comfortable, consultative in-store experience, no hard selling required.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers in-store, understanding their needs and preferences
• Provide product guidance for mattresses and sleep-related products
• Support customers with order placement and basic enquiries
• Maintain showroom presentation and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Assist with opening or closing duties depending on shift
