Jobs Responsibilities

• To assist client on login issue
• Attend to inbound calls most of the time
• Require to do outbound calls when needed
• Understand client's transactions such as outstanding amount, sales proceeds, contra profit/losses, etc
• Advise on the necessary forms to complete
• Resolve client's queries, handle complaints (if needed)
