Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will represent the FUN DREAM brand in our retail stores, ensuring that every customer experiences the warmth, calm, and joy our products bring. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent product presentation, delivering outstanding customer service, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

. Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that match their needs and preferences.

. Share brand and product stories to enhance the customer experience.

. Arrange and display merchandise in an attractive and engaging way to maximize sales.

. Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and report inventory needs.

. Support promotional events and assist in setting up in-store displays.

. Process transactions accurately and maintain a tidy, welcoming store environment.

. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent service.

Requirements

. Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service preferred (training will be provided).

. Friendly, approachable, and passionate about helping others.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

. Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.

. Physically able to handle light stocking and display setup.

. Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (on rotation).

Working Hours & Location

. 5 days work week (including weekends and public holidays on rotation).
. Locations: Plaza Singapura, Suntec City, or other key shopping malls.

Salary & Benefits

. Monthly salary: S$2,600 - S$2,800 (depending on experience).
