Beautician Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily salon operations

To promote and sell products, services and packages according to clients needs

To handle phone and walk-in customers enquiries

To maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the salon

Must acheive given sales target

Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations

Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards

Promote services, products and discounts on social media

Receive payments from clients and track all transactions

Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)

Ability to handle customers requests and complaints with grace

Requirements

Possess a positive attitude

Service and sales-oriented

Friendly personality with good international skills

Have passion in the Beauty and Wellness industry

Comprehensive training will be provided.

Experience 5 years experience in same trade

Hand on, Consultation and sales package are required.
