Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the international growth strategy, ensuring alignment with sales goals and regional initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and identify high-value opportunities for Google and clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, unlocking transformational international growth opportunities for Google's advertisers. Showcase the value of Google's international growth solutions through presentations and industry events, generating pull-demand for services.
- Partner with global customer solutions/AppDev leadership to ensure program agility and continuous adaptation to evolving customer needs and issues. Maintain a laser focus on commercial viability, identifying and securing the most valuable opportunities for both Google and clients.
- Foster a culture of coaching and mentoring, empowering the team in sales, consultancy, and account management. Guide the team's professional growth, fostering new approaches to unlock international opportunities.
