The Role

We're looking for Bartender/ All-Rounders to join our opening evening team. You'll be behind the bar, on the floor, and wherever else the night needs you. As part of the opening team you'll help set the tone for what the bar becomes.

What You'll Be Doing

. Serve cocktails, wine, and drinks to a high and consistent standard

. Run the floor - taking orders, serving food, keeping the energy right

. Set up the bar for service and close down at the end of the night

. Keep the space clean, stocked, and guest-ready throughout the shift

. Engage with guests and make sure every table leaves happy

. Support the team across whatever needs doing

Who YouAre

. 1 to 2 years of bar orF&B experience

. Comfortable in a bar environment and familiar with a drinks menu

. Good with people -friendly, present, and able to read a room

. Reliable and a team player

. You move well under pressure and keep your cool on a busy night
